We created this step-by-step guide to help you understand how each stage works, from choosing a product to submitting your feedback about the item.

Open the app on your phone, go to the Profile tab, and look for the Free Trial Center button. If you are using a computer, access the section dedicated to services on the store’s website.

Check the list of available clothing and accessories. Since the items change frequently, it is worth checking back from time to time.

The system allows you to submit up to 3 requests per week. If you do not use all your attempts during the period, they expire and do not carry over.

To submit your request:

• Tap the Free Trial option for the item you want
• Select the exact size you normally wear
• Make sure your delivery address is correct
• Tap Submit

Important: If your delivery location is in a different country from the app you are accessing, your request will not be approved.

The review process takes about one week. To check the result, go to the My Free Trial section:

• Approved: Your request was successful, and the product will be shipped to you free of charge.
• Not approved: Your request was not accepted this time, but you can try requesting new items the following week.

As soon as the clothing arrives at your home, try it on and pay attention to details such as the fabric, fit, and stitching quality.

Next, go to the My Report option in the app and submit your feedback within 10 days.

• Be honest about what you thought of the item instead of making up compliments
• Take clear photos showing the clothing on you and focusing on the details
• Explain whether the size matched the measurements
